The Atelier developer Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited is a well known Singapore developer that was incepted since 1911. They started as one of the first Singapore’s rubber company, Bukit Sembawang then went on to explore the possibility of redeveloping landed properties during the 1950s.

Following their success in 1967, the local developer took the firm public and was listed in the SGX with their core business being property investment, real estate development and other real estate related operations.
