Lifestyle precinct at Tun Razak Exchange to open in 4Q2023

The Exchange TRX, the lifestyle district of the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) in Kuala Lumpur, is set to open in 4Q2023. According to developer Landlease, The Exchange TRX will most likely have greater than 400 outlets throughout four retail levels, by having 1.3 million sq ft of total net lettable area.

The Exchange TRX will have a 10-acre rooftop public-activated place. Called TRX City Park, it is developed by Lendlease in partnership with landscaping designers Oculus & Pentago.
